1. Delegate candidates must be 18 years of age or above and shall produce a valid photo ID as proof of age while collecting the Delegate Pass. Students registered under the Student Pass category must produce a valid student ID card while collecting the Delegate Pass.

2. Delegate Passes may be collected from the designated counter at the screening hall premises. Delegates are advised to collect their passes at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled show time to avoid unnecessary congestion.

3. Entry to the theatre is permitted only upon presentation of a valid Delegate Pass. Seating is unassigned and will be allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the seating capacity of the theatre.

4. Only delegates holding a valid Delegate Pass will be allowed entry into the theatre. Delegates must present their pass at the entrance to avoid any inconvenience.

5. Delegates are requested to switch off their mobile phones during the screening to ensure an uninterrupted viewing experience for themselves and other audience members.

6. Photography, audio recording, and/or video recording of the film using mobile phones or any other devices is strictly prohibited inside the screening hall under all circumstances. Any delegate found violating this rule is liable to have their Delegate Pass confiscated without prior notice or discussion.

7. Delegates are requested to co-operate with all security procedures and promptly inform security personnel if any unclaimed or suspicious baggage is noticed.

8. Entry to the screening hall shall be strictly limited to the number of seats available for that particular screening.
